macOS Dataset Workflow

The macOS app opens directly into the dataset manager: collections and saved filters in the sidebar, searchable/sortable sessions in the center, and metadata, integrity, tags, and actions in the inspector. The simulated import action validates that persistence and shared UI are connected.

The core supports session directories, versioned dataset bundles, metadata-only exports, validation, integrity, duplicates, and batch-ready catalog APIs. Native file panels, drag-and-drop, archive extraction, Finder reveal, and AVFoundation raw-video inspection are platform adapters not claimed complete in this phase.
