Batch Review

Batch review supports a selected set, visible affected-record count, reviewer identity, note, and confirmation. The Phase 8 service implements safe rejection as one logical batch revision referencing the count and reason. UI foundations also present label acceptance and quality resolution confirmation boundaries for later adapters.

Large actions never bypass confirmation. Historical revisions are protected; reversal creates a new event rather than rewriting history.
