Classical ML Export

The classical-ML export includes features.csv, features.json, feature-names.json, and dataset-manifest.json. Rows contain example ID, ordered feature columns, missing-value indicators, ground-truth label, and split.

The manifest pins dataset identity/version/hash, label scheme, and seed. Export is a research interchange format; Phase 9 does not train or deploy a classifier.
