Annotation Quality Reports

Research reports pin the annotation revisions and quality assumptions used for ground truth. Assistance origins, exclusions, ambiguity, disagreements, and warnings remain auditable.

Project reports aggregate total, blocking, warning, informational, resolved, frame, track, and annotation findings. Export readiness is false while unresolved blocking findings remain. Resolutions preserve a timestamp and reason instead of deleting the finding.

The report models support JSON-native persistence. CSV and standalone HTML report serializers are explicit future adapters and are not claimed as implemented in Phase 8.
