Beta Testing

Supported preparation paths are direct Xcode installation, a development archive, ad hoc export when credentials permit, and TestFlight documentation. Phase 11 does not upload to App Store Connect. Privacy/legal review, signing, physical plans, diagnostics, and release notes must be complete before broader beta distribution.
