Concurrency Audit

The package uses Swift 6 language mode, actors for shared mutable queues, Sendable models, structured task groups, and propagated cancellation. The Phase 11 audit found no detached tasks or checked continuations in the new code. Bounded-resource tests exercise concurrent access and cancellation. File work must remain outside MainActor; UI state stays main-actor isolated.
