Generic Telemetry Import

CSV and JSON import maps selected headers to time, coordinates, altitude, speed, heading, attitude, gimbal, accelerometer, gyroscope, or frame number. A versioned preset records columns, timestamp format, units, coordinate system, time zone, and missing-value behavior.

Preview and validation happen before normalization. Ambiguous units and out-of-range coordinates are rejected instead of guessed.
