Network Testing

Run swift test for deterministic discovery, pairing, Keychain abstraction, authenticated channels, protocol rejection, negotiation, authorization, heartbeat, backoff, telemetry throttle, adaptation, preview, redaction, state transitions, disconnect independence, reconnect, incompatibility, and revocation.

For simulator UI testing, launch OrganicVision iPad, select Simulated Camera Node, pair using the displayed code, start recording, degrade the network, disconnect/reconnect, and forget the device. The preview is explicitly simulated.

Physical testing requires a signed iPhone and iPad on the same non-isolated Wi-Fi network. Validate Local Network prompts, bidirectional code display, identity persistence after relaunch, HEVC/H.264 fallback, latency, thermal adaptation, background/foreground recovery, Wi-Fi loss, peer restart, and local recording continuity. Repeat on a network with client isolation to verify a clear discovery error. No external Internet connection is required.
