Polygon Annotation

The Phase 7 segmentation foundation supports polygon creation, point movement and deletion, closing, category assignment, ignore regions, validation, and polygon export. A polygon needs at least three in-frame points and may not cross itself.

Brush, eraser, fill, and edge-assisted tools remain future extension points rather than unreliable Phase 7 claims.
