Module Dependency Audit

Documentation/module-dependencies.json is the machine-readable snapshot. Scripts/validate-module-dependencies.sh rejects prohibited DatasetManager frameworks, catalog ownership in CameraSources, and finalized-session insertion in Networking. Views coordinate services but do not implement analysis. Plugins receive bounded values and cannot write source media or verified revisions. Exports exclude private categories by default.
