Storage Stress Testing

The injected quota filesystem tests low space, atomic rejection, traversal protection, and stable records after failure. Production workflows must use atomic finalization, retain incomplete state, avoid silent overwrite, and require confirmation before cleanup. Active or transferring sessions are never cleanup candidates.
