Annotation Suggestions

AnnotationSuggestion is a versioned audit record containing project, session, frame, timestamp, suggestion type, category, geometry, track, confidence, uncertainty, source versions and hashes, explanation, warnings, prompts, staleness, review state, reviewer action, and any accepted annotation identifier.

States are unreviewed, accepted unchanged, accepted with edits, rejected, deferred, stale, incompatible, and superseded. A suggestion never writes directly to verified storage. Acceptance creates a new HumanAnnotation and AnnotationRevision; rejection and deferral update only the suggestion record. Stale suggestions remain visible but need regeneration or an explicit override.
