Designed to be readable and usable
Accessibility
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website, and applicable WCAG guidance together with native accessibility conventions for the app. This statement records intended support and test results; the wheelchair icon is a link to information, not a certification seal.
Website features
- Semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive links and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators.
- Responsive text and layouts, high-contrast colors and no information conveyed by color alone.
- No autoplay, flashing content, timed tasks or motion-dependent interactions.
- Reduced-motion and forced-colors styles, with no scripts required.
- Direct email and telephone alternatives for support.
App features and current limits
The native app supports scalable reading text, light/sepia/dark themes, named highlights, labeled actions and recording-status announcements. The notebook scrolls when text is large or space is limited. Android automated interaction checks passed at 200% system font scaling and in wide windows. iOS builds compile, but physical VoiceOver/TalkBack, large-font and real folding-device certification remain in progress. We do not claim that a compile result establishes complete accessibility conformance.
Verification
We check keyboard operation, headings, contrast, local links, zoom/reflow and automated browser accessibility findings when the required tooling is available. Manual screen-reader and device checks remain necessary. Known gaps and actual checks are documented in the project’s accessibility report.
Report a barrier or request help
Tell us what you were trying to do, the page or screen, device/browser and assistive technology if you know it. We will use the information to investigate and respond; no response-time guarantee is made.
