What to include
Send the app name, version, device model, operating-system version and a description of the problem. A screenshot can help, but please remove private information first. The app's Help & Privacy screen shows its version.
Getting started
Turn a quiet moment into a moving color study. Duo LAB lets you explore orbit, spiral and wave patterns, adjust their spread, speed, size and hue, and switch between orbs and tiles. Save named presets, prepare a still image to share, or open the sketch workspace to draw with a reference photo.
Keep your saved work safe
Work and progress are stored locally. Export important work where the app provides an export feature. If saved content cannot be opened, keep the app installed and contact support before deleting anything. The developer cannot recover local files from a server.
Sharing and deleting
Files you export and items you save in other apps are independent copies. Delete them in their destinations when needed. Deleting this app removes its local data; offloading retains documents. Manage device backups separately.
Your privacy
Read the Duo LAB privacy policy. Please avoid emailing private photographs, journal entries or meeting transcripts unless you deliberately want to share them.
