What to include
Send the app name, version, device model, operating-system version and a description of the problem. A screenshot can help, but please remove private information first. The app's Help & Privacy screen shows its version.
Getting started
Bring the details of your next trip together. Save multiple trips, search for destinations, add stops to the map, and keep visit dates, booking details and notes alongside them. Reorder your stops, open a destination in Apple Maps, and share a written itinerary. Saved trip details remain on your device; map display and place searches use Apple services and may require a connection.
Keep your saved work safe
Work and progress are stored locally. Export important work where the app provides an export feature. If saved content cannot be opened, keep the app installed and contact support before deleting anything. The developer cannot recover local files from a server.
Sharing and deleting
Files you export and items you save in other apps are independent copies. Delete them in their destinations when needed. Deleting this app removes its local data; offloading retains documents. Manage device backups separately.
Maps and visits
Apple maps and place search may need an internet connection. Try a fuller address or enter coordinates if search fails. Visit dates use your device time zone; review them when traveling across zones.
Your privacy
Read the 3S Travel Planner privacy policy. Please avoid emailing private photographs, journal entries or meeting transcripts unless you deliberately want to share them.
