What to include
Send the app name, version, device model, operating-system version and a description of the problem. A screenshot can help, but please remove private information first. The app's Help & Privacy screen shows its version.
Getting started
Plan a day that has room for change. Add dated tasks with durations and priorities, protect fixed commitments, and leave breathing room between activities. When plans shift, preview a revised schedule before applying it. Keep planning notes beside your tasks and share a daily agenda with titles and times while leaving those notes private.
Keep your saved work safe
Work and progress are stored locally. Export important work where the app provides an export feature. If saved content cannot be opened, keep the app installed and contact support before deleting anything. The developer cannot recover local files from a server.
Sharing and deleting
Files you export and items you save in other apps are independent copies. Delete them in their destinations when needed. Deleting this app removes its local data; offloading retains documents. Manage device backups separately.
Your privacy
Read the 3S Planner privacy policy. Please avoid emailing private photographs, journal entries or meeting transcripts unless you deliberately want to share them.
