What to include
Send the app name, version, device model, operating-system version and a description of the problem. A screenshot can help, but please remove private information first. The app's Help & Privacy screen shows its version.
Getting started
Prepare for a meeting, capture what matters and keep the next steps clear. Bring together Apple Calendar context, preparation notes, decisions, questions and action items. Review follow-ups before adding them to Calendar or Reminders, and share a finished meeting record through the system share sheet. Optional on-device transcription and Apple Intelligence suggestions depend on device, operating system and language support. Typed notes and manual summaries remain available without them. Meeting records are stored locally, and audio files are not saved.
Keep your saved work safe
Work and progress are stored locally. Export important work where the app provides an export feature. If saved content cannot be opened, keep the app installed and contact support before deleting anything. The developer cannot recover local files from a server.
Sharing and deleting
Files you export and items you save in other apps are independent copies. Delete them in their destinations when needed. Deleting this app removes its local data; offloading retains documents. Manage device backups separately.
Apple services and permissions
Change Calendar, Reminders, microphone and speech access in Settings. Configure a writable calendar or reminder list before adding follow-ups. On-device transcription and Apple Intelligence depend on supported hardware, software and language; typed notes and manual summaries remain available without them.
Capture can stop during interruptions or when you leave the app. Check its status on return. Speech renewal can leave gaps, so verify important details in your notes. Share destinations depend on installed apps.
Your privacy
Read the 3S Meeting Desk privacy policy. Please avoid emailing private photographs, journal entries or meeting transcripts unless you deliberately want to share them.
