Overview
Contractor AI Job Site is a field documentation app for capturing site photos, saving job and field notes, reviewing analysis, and exporting PDF reports.
Data the app may access
- The camera, only when you choose to take a new field photo.
- Your photo library or system photo picker, when you choose to import an image or save supported content.
Data stored on your device
The app may locally store job records, client and address details that you enter, field notes, captured or imported images, analysis results, and generated PDF reports.
Data sharing
The current local-first configuration does not include account registration, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or remote cloud storage. Your content remains on the device unless you choose to share or save an exported file with the operating system’s sharing tools.
The iOS app includes an optional backend API mode intended for a separately configured service. If that mode is enabled, captured content may be sent to the endpoint entered in Settings. The privacy terms of that service should be reviewed before use.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until it is removed through available app or operating-system controls, app storage is cleared, or the app is deleted. Files shared or saved outside the app remain wherever you chose to place them.
Security
The app relies on iOS and Android device-storage protections and the operating-system permission model. Protect your device with a passcode, current system updates, and appropriate access controls.
Children’s privacy
This business productivity app is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the app begins collecting data off-device, adds analytics or crash reporting, introduces accounts, or changes its remote analysis behavior.
